This charming Spanish home, built in 1931, is located in the heart of East LA. Tucked away on a quiet hill and surrounded by lush greenery, this home delivers a unique, private treehouse feeling. Much like its chic neighborhood and location, this home was already brimming with character. The goal was to lean into the "treehouse" vibe, using design to highlight the privacy and coziness that already existed within the space. Natural materials, colored plaster, and layers upon layers of carefully curated trinkets make this space an elevated, intentional oasis for your inner child.
