- A presentation that includes a room by room breakdown with imagery communicating design intent
- Floor Plans that include a reflected ceiling plan, electrical plan, and a floor finish plan
- Elevations that include custom cabinetry details, lighting locations, and millwork details
- Selecting everything attached to the house including plumbing fixtures, tile, stone, paint colors, molding profiles, and hardware
- A furniture plan that shows what we're proposing for each space
- A comprehensive budget in the form of a spreadsheet that reflects the furniture plan and is approved before sourcing takes place
- Furniture selections in the form of a presentation that includes imagery communicating design intent and custom sketches
- Weekly recap emails that share what the team accomplished during the week
- A client portal that shows all proposals and invoices in one place
- A digital project folder accessible by the contractor that includes construction schedules, specification sheets, and construction drawings
- Regular site visits to ensure our drawings are being executed properly
- Turnkey installation including coordination of movers, cleaners, and other necessary trades
- Styling each space to perfection
